This is our own company brain.
Halloran & Vale LLP is four engineers in Cambridge. What you are looking at is what we
actually know — the mistakes that cost us a day, the decisions we made and why,
the things we measured instead of assuming. None of it is invented.
Every answer also shows what the same question sounds like inside a firm like
yours. We would rather learn your version than guess at it.
Client names under NDA, our pipeline and pricing under negotiation are
in our brain and deliberately not in this slice. Deciding that is the same approval
step you would use.
What an approver can do
Sign a proposed note, so the firm can read it. Turn one down. Rewrite it before signing.
What nobody can do
Sign their own. You never see a note you prepared — the queue leaves them out, and the
server refuses them.
Approvers at Halloran & Vale LLP: Ray Alvarez, Dana Reyes, Denise Okafor, Miguel Ruiz, Amy Chen, Neel Bhatt, Jim Vale, Ellen Dorsey, Hannah Park
Review queue
22 notes the software pulled out of your documents, grouped by
topic. None of them can appear in an answer until an approver signs it — and never
the person who wrote it.
